Ticket
Policies
- Riverdog Pass
holders must bring membership
card to the theatre in order to receive tickets.
- Box office hours are
12 – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday, and also one hour before each performance.
- Tickets may be
purchased by Mastercard/Visa, personal check or cash. There is a
$3.00 service charge for orders taken over the phone, via post, or via
the web.
- Tickets will not be
held without payment.
- Except in the case
of a canceled performance, there will be NO REFUNDS.
- Exchanges are free
of charge and may be made for the same production with at least
24-hours advance notice to the box office. No exchanges can be
made from one production to another.
- If a ticket is
returned to the box office at least 15 minutes before curtain, the cost
of that ticket may be listed as a tax-deductible donation in your name.
- Patrons 30 years of
age or younger must show an ID in order to receive the “30 and under”
discount. The senior discount is available for all patrons aged 60 or
over. The youth discount is available to all students aged 18 and under.
- Students must show
ID in order to receive the student rush discount. One student discount
is given for each ID presented. Any unsold ticket 15 minutes prior to
the performance is available as a student rush ticket.
- Groups of 10 or more
may receive a 15% discount on their total ticket order. A $5
service charge applies to all group orders. A 10% down payment is
required to reserve seats. The remainder of the payment and final
attendance counts are due two weeks prior to the performance date.
- Gilbert St.
productions do not cancel or reschedule performances due to inclement
weather, nor will refunds be offered.
- For the Shakespeare
Festival, except in the case of severe weather, there will be no
refunds. The Festival performances will continue even during
light rain. In the case of heavy rain, the show may be delayed or held
up to 45 minutes. If a performance has to be canceled due to severe
weather tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same
production. Refunds are only available if the performance is canceled
before the first act is completed.
