I started working backstage building sets and then stage managed shows
and then began to act.

I was in the Barbershop Quartet in The
Music Man

favorite role?
The one you are working on at the moment. Some past favorites have been
John Halder in Good, Benedick
in Much Ado About Nothing,
Hjalmar in The Wild Duck, and
Charlotte and company in I Am My Own
Wife.
What is your
favorite play?
August: Osage
County for now. King Lear,
Long Days Journey Into Night, Moon for the Misbegotten, The Glass
Menagerie, and Buried Child.
Who is your
favorite Shakespeare character?
Iago, Leontes, Lear, Richard III, and all the clowns.
Why does performing
Shakespeare interest you?
It demonstrates the beauty and power of language, of poetry.
Who are your heroes?
The little guy, who, against remarkable odds, does amazing things.
