Assemble sets built offsite, prepare backstage for the cast and crew, move furniture and props on to the stage, take sets apart after show closes, clear & clean stage and backstage for next production.

Summer season load-in assistants should have the ability to donate time on May 31 and/or June 1. Shifts will be 9 a.m. – noon on both days. You can work one or both shifts.

Summer season strike assistants should have the ability to donate time July 11-13. We prefer to schedule in 2 hour shifts. Exact times TBD. You may work as many or as few shifts as you desire.


  • Ability to follow directions
  • Upper body strength


  • Ability to use power drill, hammer, screwdriver, pliers, and wrench
